I needed to make arrangements to pay the arrears on my bond, I was advised to write a motivational letter and provide an income and expenditure for a grace period. I did and recieved no feedback. I then called back and was advised that was declined.imthen was transferred to three different dept for assistance. I then spoke to the credit dept. I was advised the arrears amount could be transferred back into the bond this would take 24hours to be done. Then I should call in for the new premium and I agreed to make payments from feb. I called back two days later nothin was done n been advised I was given incorrect info n I shud take it up with the complaints dept. I logged an enquiry and still no feedback. I need urgent assistance as this is my bond of which I always maintained.
