FNB CALL CENTRE SERVICE IS NAUSEATING!!!

FNB has been debiting the wrong amount (more) since 1st d/o of loan! Called 29/04/13 @ 10.07 to enquire this and have it rectified, spoke to Sipho who adv he will be frwding it to admin dept to 'restructure' loan & refund diff, feedback should be given within 48hrs. NONE WAS GIVEN! I called again 02/05/13 @ 12.47 spoke to Thokozane, he advised nothing has been done yet & it takes 3-5 days? NO FEEDBACK AGAIN!!! Called in AGAIN 07/05 who advised will frwd to teamleader Jolene as there is still no feedback! That day i received INCORRECT REFUND OF 1 890.33 & next day 08/05 I Called again spoke to Abigail @ 11.10 who said she will ask t/l for feedback. Then spoke to Sipho @ 14.35 who kept me holding so i dropped, called again @ 14.40 spoke to Khosi & again @ 14.48 spoke to Prudence who transferred me to Jolene and she advised it was an error and they will take it back which they did and refunded correct amnt 09/05. 20/05 debited the wrong amnt again so called @ 14.53 Maxsine will frwd to t/l. 28/05 spoke to Dwayne who adv nothing has been done & will escalate to Jolene. 29/05 Spoke to Mapula who contacted me back with a explaination. FOR A MONTH NO1 DID RE MY QUERY! SHOCKING!
