Nearly a month, no response and no phone

Can someone please contact me via email so we can arrange for delivery or collection of my handset. I have phoned the call centre more than once and was put on hold for so long that I eventually just put the phone down (This would be your call centre handling devices), then I sent them an email on Friday and got an automated response stating they will get back to me within 24hours.. Guess what, also did not happen.

Really FNB, if this is such a mission, lets just cancel the phone because I'm sure as not going to go backwards and forwards like this for a phone. Please let me know when you want to deliver the device, and if you don't want to just cancel it because this is really getting ridiculous now.

I've been waiting since 16 DECEMBER 2013 after stressing the fact that I am working in Nigeria and all arrangements have been made as well as necessary documents signed for my mom to collect the phone!
