Worse claims service

1st January 2014 around 2am returned to my car to find it on bricks at my friends house.
Called outsurance to report the incident was told i must go to the police station report the matter & take out picture & call back 4th January 2014 as thiers no one in the the claims department to register a claim. I managed to buy second hand tires with rims from a social site drove back to jhb. On 4th one of outsurance person called & needed all the details what happened which i didn't have like invoices etc so i called back & logged a claim with Elaine Van der Reijen. She said they will appoint ans assessor which is Herdrick Selolo. He called heard my story then asked for witness details then my wife s details who had nothing to do with this yet insisted on having it. Every day he asked for a new request this got to me as he could of advise or request all of this information at once we gave him reciepts that we had to go back to the buyer and look for then the pictures which was sent on email was not valid it had to come direct from the cell phoned, demanded details of the person who found the second hand mags and the owner with contact numbers.13 days later still requesting more info
