OUTSURANCE THIRD PARTY COMPLAINT

On the 9th January 2013 I was involved in a small car accident, an individual did not stop in time, and drove into the back of my bakkie.
A claim was sent in to the other drivers insurance (Outsurance) and i was informed that I should get in contact with their third party legal claims division.
I then called the number, gave them the claim number, and was then told that I would recieve an email with necessary instructions. I filled in the relevant documents, and emailed all the info back to Outsurance, I then called them back, and was told that I would need to call back in 48 Hours. I waited 48 hours and when I called them again, I was told that they where missing my drivers license, which I immediately emailed directly to the person who I had spoken too, Ntshebe.
I then called him back to make sure that he had recieved the email, and was once again informed that I would have to wait another 48 hours.
After 48 Hours, I finally recieved the SMS with the details of the person I would be dealing with at Outsurance, Tshepo, I called him, and was told that I would need to take my car for an assessment. I took the bakkie in on the 22nd Jan 2013, and called Tshep
