I am the third party claiming, My car (Car A) was stationary at a traffic light. Car B (Outsurance client) drove in to the back of my car. Car C then drove into the back of Car B and pushed it into my car (CarA) for a second time. I submitted all documentation inclueding a indapendant eye witness report of someone next to me in traffic. I was the told by Leandra Duvenagel that my claim was being rejected due to Outsurance having gone with the counts of their client and dismissing my acount (on what grounds!? why was my report not valid?!) I asked her how they could phone me and reject with out taking the witnss report into account? she the berated me for questioning her and trying to lecture her on the processes of outsurance and how would i know how the processes work. It turned out that they phoned back and was then not declining my claim due to the witness report being valid. Damages result in more than market value of my car. Now they only offer to payout 70% of the market value of my kar less 41% salvage (i am not a client of outsurance and have no contract were i agree to the less salvage rate). due to outsurance claiming that Car C is liable for the rest. of the damage..impact
