NOT TRUTHFULL RESPONSE

We made a wrong i/net payment to an account at capitec. Capitec said that if an account is not in use for 2 years the account holder will not receive a notification off money dep in his acc. but the acc holder did receive a sms and he with draw all the money. I say somebody notified this acc holder. Why would he go to the bank close the old acc and opened a new one. Some body saw the "gap" and helped this acc holder. 1160034980 acc no acc name JN Molefe R 6844.97
