On the 27 October 2013 I wanted to withdraw R 300 at a Standerdbank ATM because the Capitec one was out of order, the machine took my card, and I received no money. I then waited to see what will happen to the next costumer in line. he made a withdrawal without problems. while I was standing there, a received a sms saying R 1000 was withdrawn from my account at a FNB ATM in Centurion. I immediately went to Capitec bank to hear what is going on. Capictec stopped my Card, and gave me a new one, also promising they will return the money. the next day, I received another sms saying R 500 was withdrawn from Centurion ATM. I've been to the bank numerous time to get this sorted out, just to hear they are busy and I need to be patient. It been a month now, and this is unacceptable! I want the issue to be resoled immediately.
