I am writing on behalf of my mom and dad. They put in a claim with Outsurance (claim nr: 105138093, Wilkins) for hail damage a while back already. 2 Assessors came to their house, and she was told that Outsurance will fix it beginning of January. She tried the whole day contacting Marlien Potgieter at 012-6733308 - no response. She spoke to the call centre and according to them, Outsurance system shows that Outsurance is not sending repair people out, they need to get repair people in themselves... How can your service be so poor, while advertising such good service??!

Sort this out! They are pensioners, Outsurance' service are very poor... and I wanted to change my insurance end of this month to Outsurance... not anymore!
