A call that i got from the consultant that contacted me to inform me of unpaid do for personal loan, was rude an undermining me as a client. I'm fully aware of unpaid do and i know that i do bank with absa the moment money deposited on my account they automatically debit on the 01st, i have been with absa more than 15 years and i have never received this bad service ever, the consultant told me tht she cannot make pymnt arrangement for me and i will be listed, and im not owing her but the bank, and she was very rude, im so disappointment and disgusted, she is so pathetic she must not treat customer's like that
