The Ombudsman will be my next stop

We are now in month four of this ongoing saga. Yes, Outsurance has come to the party and allowed me the use of an Avis rental, but I have been without my primary vehicle for almost 14 weeks. I have given up on my annual December holiday and on a weekly basis I have to make compromises regarding my movements, because I am stuck with a Polo Vivo. Meanwhile Riverside Autobody are merrily sitting with my vehicle, having initiated this whole fiasco. They informed me 10 days ago that the car was ready for collection and only MY OWN intervention to arrange for a SIAS assessor stopped the hand over. THey are STILL working on my car.
I have been advised to forward the matter to OSTI. At the very least I would like to ensure that RAB do not work on another vehicle originating from Outsurance again. Outsurance has been COMPLETELY unresponsive on the matter. It is costing them money, but they a just merrily letting their client suffer. I shudder to think what problems I will have when I get the car back. And in terms of the "bending backwards" from outsurance, Only Jade has been helpful. Maureen and Madeleine are both pretty useless. Especially whenm it comes to the feedback portion. 89527773
