It is impossible to follow up on claims. No one is coming back to me and in the mean time nothing is happening regarding the damage at my house. I have held the line for hours, without any consultant ever coming available. All I want to know is what the is going on regarding my claim, but I cant get to speak to anyone!!
I'm am moving to a different insurer as soon as I can get this claim finished, hopefully this year still, and I will be advising everyone I know to do the same, since this insurance "service" is non-existing.
I can't find words to describe my frustration and with Absa.
