I've never received such an excellent service in my life, Ms Muller took over my case last year and has been in touch since day one until today, she gave me feedback all the time about my case, I wish her line manager would acknowledge this and teach other staff members how to treat their customers, funny thing is I dont even bank at Capitec, thank you Ms Muller, I'm grateful for all your help.
Capitec should be proud to have an exceptional employee like Ms Muller.
