I tried to receive smart phone insurance via FNB.
I have tried calling everyday for about 2 weeks without any luck. The phones are either always engaged or when I finally get through I get transferred around and then cut off.
One time I even got through to someone by the name of Marius who then told me he would email me. I receive an email requesting additional information which I responded to. I never heard back even after following up.
