What should I do to get some feedback?

I purchased a 2012 Figo from Marius at the beginning of Aug and took delivery of the vehicle on 08/08/13. I paid an additional amount of R2850.00 for "smash & grab" on the same day (via credit card). At the time, Marius told me there was no one to issue me with an invoice, which I understood, it was after 17:00. He promised to email me the invoice on 12/08. At the time of purchase, we were also told that small scratches and nicks would be fixed and painted, which did not happen. I queried with Marius and was told he'll get me a small bottle of touch up paint which I could collect together with the registration docs and the outstanding invoice (still). At the time it didn't bother me much, although a problem did occur when I also did not receive that!! Between my husband and myself, we communicated with Marius on numerous occasions via email and telephone-the last time was Friday 23/08. We were told (recorded voicenote) that Marius would make sure everything is sorted out on Monday (26th) and call me with an update-it is now the 2nd of Sept and I've heard nothing!! We've never experienced such bad service from this branch in the past-can someone please let me know what's going on??
