FNB Insurance Brokers sent people from Smartlab to fetch my phone to be fixed 2 weeks ago and i got a call that it makes no economical sense to fix my phone so they will replace it and they even said they are busy getting a quote to replace the phone. That was the last time i heard from them 7 days ago till I went to a FNB branch today and the consultant said she will speed up the process and when I asked what's been happening for the past 7 days she just said she does not know.
This is highly unacceptable on the part of FNB Insurance Brokers. I am now coming to a point whereby I think I should let my lawyers in on this rubbish of a service I am getting from FNB Insurance Brokers cause I have been way too patient with their nonsense. I am tired of such rubbish service
