No deliver of Motor Registration Papers

I paid up 2 motor finance contracts with MFC in February 2013.
. I requested MFC to please send me the original registration papers to my office address.
. I had to give them a PIN number to give the courier before I can get the documents.
. According to them, the contracted FEDEX courier service to deliver the documents to me.
. They claim FEDEX delivered the documents on 25/03/2013, somebody signed for it, but definitely not to me as only I could have given the courier the PIN number.
. Now nor MFC or FEDEX will take responsibility for non-delivery of the crucial documents.
. My advice to other people is NEVER to trust MFC nor FEDEX with important papers and rather collect them yourself.
