I had a misfortune of losing my car keys. The worst misfortune is to have Nedbank as my financier. They wanted documents from me before they can give the dealer copy of registration documents so that new keys can be made. I have emailed and faxed the documents 3 times in space of a week. Every time they have not received. This morning I get email requesting the same documents. In desperation, I asked if I can't drop this at their offices or walk in service. Rudely told that No. We only deal with email & fax. I am now stuck. The car was parked in an awkward position & can't be towed to place of safety. All they care about is their own long turn around times. Not interested in helping. It's a week now & no progress. I'm moving my finance to another bank as it will be quicker than to wait for these arrogant people who are not interested in helping a supposed client, otherwise five more weeks will pass before I get assistance. I moved my cheque acc from Nedbank because of this unresponsiveness to client needs. Now I'm going to move my Business cheque acc and cancel the credit card. Bye and good riddance.
