I settled my vehicle finance account on the 7th of August. I phoned MFC on the 12th of August to give them the delivery address for sending my vehicle registration documents after they confirmed receiving the payment via email and telephonically. The consultant assured me that I would receive the documents within 5 working days, however after two weeks it was still not delivered. I phoned MFC once again requesting the documents and another consultants assured me delivery within two days, that was more than a week ago and I have still not received any of the documents.
Pathetic service from MFC, probably some of the worst ever experienced, I don't think I'll ever consider any future business with MFC.
