Good Day

I have a huge problem at the moment a amount of R4900 was deducted from my account for a loan that was taken out in 2009, when I got retrenched I sent all documentation accordingly, this clearly was ignored, I was Hamer when loan was taken my surname has changed, I was not given the opportunity to make a arrangement because every time someone calls me a consultant is giving instructions, then FNB DECIDED they were going to take it from my bank account without informing me whatsoever I was not informed as well as I did not give permission, I called the line because FNB are such low people that take the money at night when you are unable to do anything about it according to the consultant with your line FNB instructed the debit. I am still unemployed and I am able to make a payment of R100 per month but no one at FNB is interested I am worried about my daughters saving account as well as FNB apparently is permitted to go into your accounts I am scared that they will take her savings as well.
