1. I am very disappointed in the Standard Bank U-Count reward programme as I after three months still have no points in my account. I have been using my Standard bank credit card for purchases for fuel from Caltex.
I have escalated this matter a few times already to your office, even faxed through the statement credit card and still to date not received any feedback. time and again I am given a reference No.
this is really frustrating to think that i have complained already and nothing is done.
This kind of service is delivering to customers. I am paying the R20 every single month but not getting any rewards as per adverts.
2. I been informed by Bank stuff that depositing cash at ATM is free of charge. What they did not tell me is that only three deposits are free. I deposited cash at ATM and been charged severely. I feel that this is unfair due to Standard Bank stuff conveying misleading information.
