I have taken out a mechanical breakdown insurance policy with my purchase of a vehicle in Nov 2012.
The policy documentation where supposed to be send to me, I have contacted Innovation Groups offices more than 6 times and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, they are never available and do not return any calls. The customer service staff always tell u that they will email a copy of the policy within 48hrs. It has been 3 month's now, still no policy documentation, I wonder how long it will take to settle a claim if they cant even send you your documentation.
