My dad has been a paying client for Hollard Hospital Insurance Plan for many years. He is currently very ill I i phoned the customer service 6 times requesting a copy of the policy so that I can see the procedure to clain as he was hospitalised.
When you start your conversation with the customer services they in form you the the call is recored and that it will make part of your policy documents.
I have requested an urgent request for a supervisor to contact me so that I can lodge a complient because as to date i have not received any documentation.
The documentations was requested to be posted to us in December 2012 - No documents was received.
I phoned the and gave them both my e-mail address because it was becoming urgent. They informed me that I will receive the documentation via e-mail the same day. - No documentation was received up to date.
I have proof of date and times call was lodged. The last call was lodged 22 Feb 2013 Time 9.34 Ref 175101534 (They assured me that the supervisor was busy and that they will contact me the same day) It is 25 Feb 2013 and no call or documentation has been received. This matter is very urgent and my dad is still very ill
