I took a Motomend drive2 policy with Innovation Group (Standardbank) for my BMW 320i,
when I recieved policy documentation, commencement is 2014/09/24, but I was told there was No waiting period, I wana know was this a finger error or day light,
I once called and left a message for Paul Clifford to call me to clarify these, but no one ever called me back,
I also sent a complain here on hellopeter, but nothing happened..
I also want to know if this policy will also pay out if the problems on the covered components are discovered during routine services or only in a mechanical breakdown situation??
