NO DOCUMENTS, DEBITED WITH AMOUNT NOT QUOTED ON

I called the Woolworths financial Services to enquire on the cellphone insurance. I spoke to Nadine Abrahams who then generated a qoute for me. I accepted the qoute on the cellular insurance and went through the process with Nadine.

On the final call she explained to me that my premium would be R189 and then said that there will be a R69 service fee. I asked what the fee is for and she couldnt explain and said we can leave that out. At the end of that call I asked Nadine to send me all the documentation and to this day I have nothing but a policy number.

Last night my account was debited with R379.10. If this includes a service fee and an initial fee good and dandy but that was not explained to me at all.

I would like all the documents of this policy sent to me and i would like someone from Telesure to explain to me what charges I incurred from taking on this insurance policy.

Nadine knows very well she was supposed to send the documents to me and I have emailed her to find out why she has not sent the documentation. She said there was errors on their side with sending the documentation. I am still waiting a week later!
