My mom's funeral plan was too expensive and Khulekani sorted this issue out, however, it seems that he hasn't cancelled the old policy as my mom is being debited for the old policy AND the new one for the past 4 months. Further to this we have not received documentation regarding the new policy. I have been emailing Khulekani for months and have not received any reply. Please get a more senior person to sort this matter out. The OLD policy must be cancelled, the incorrectly debited funds refunded and the relevant policy documentation sent.
