I went to the Branch for a statement as I required it for a personal loan application at a different bank, I then decided to switch my savings acc to cheq seeing as how I had all the docs on hand.
The consultant made the experience worthwhile and I ended up cancelling my plans to get a loan based on the advice she gave me.
Best 30 mins spent at the bank.
