WHAT A DIFFERENCE

It is a sad day for me I have had one personal bank account for 47 years had two business accounts with the same bank never had to go to them with cap in hand and say help please, having opened a new business after retirement and having my son join me. Going to my bank for help was an embarrassment I asked for a loan was given NO advice on how to go about it was just asked for normal documentation and then got a flat NO, a little empathy or just an explanation would have made me feel better but NO
I went along to ABSA and was introduced to Abner le Batie from the minute I met this man he treated me with the respect and care I would expect from a bank, he did everything possible to accommodate me he gave me advice on how to go about getting my loan he assisted me every step of the way. My completed documents were always waiting for me when I arrived for a meeting he explained everything to me even all the Bla-bla about the FSB Bla-Bla. So thank you Abner for your professional manner and going that extra mile to welcome me into the Absa fold. You are an asset to ABSA.
