We were involved in motor accident where a 20 year old whose had a drivers licence for only 3 months, failed to stop at a stop sign and crashed on to us,
When we tried to claim as the 3rd party from outsurance (her insurance) they basically couldn't care less they have been pushing us from pillar to pillar
they requested all sort of information, and when we provide all that's required and they have no argument they just disappear, we cant get hold of them anymore phone calls and emails and they never come back to us we have dealt with 3 people latest being (Lebo Twani) from their legal department, she never calls back or reply to emails, this is a typical case where these companies take advantage to save their skins and bully people, their client even committed perjury as she gave different statements to police and they still don't care sadly if we were at fault we would probably be in court by now.
