My wife was involved in an accident in which she was bumped by an outsurance client, we opened the case and got all the details of the lady that bumped my wife's car. We went through the claim process and after which we were informed two weeks later that outsurance will not pay for the damages caused by their client and that we must seek legal representation. We were basically told to take the outsurance client to court, it shows the work ethic of this company. Outsurance is taking advantage of the fact that my wife is a foreigner and refuses to pay the claim without a valid reason. The accident resulted in the boot opening while she drives and the rear bumper is badly damaged and can fall off if if not properly secured. This is the same car that my wife uses to travel from work and back and to take our one year old son to creche, this is a really difficult period in our lives because we live in separate provinces due to work therefore this situation only makes things worse for us.
This matter has been unresolved for three months due to the reluctance of this company, this causes unnecessary stress in our lives and would like to resolve it soonest.
