I`m absolutely disgusted with the service at "Outsurance" not only does one have to insure yourself with the insurance company, but you also have to insure yourself against them. I was involved in an accident in February 2013 and was not the guilty party. The plaintiff accussed me of knocking into her and that i was at fault and as a result refused to pay my damages. The plaintiff then summons me to the Small Claims Court. Outsurance provided me with absolutely no legal representation or advice and couldn`t even provide me with my accident report the day before my hearing. Not sure what they based my claim on? After appearing in court the judge decided to come to some form of agreement and indicated that the plaintiff would be liable for 70% of my costs and i would be liable for 30% of the plaintiffs costs. In order to recuperate my costs the judge indicated that a counter claim from my side would have to be submitted. For some reason, Outsurance can not grasp this and resolve the issue. It`s been more than 8 months and the issue is being passed on from one consultant to the next. After countless emails and phone-calls as well as promises from Outsurance, nothing has been resolved.
