Third party claim - poor attitude and assisstance

I'm a third party involved in an accident with an outsurance client. Since the accident i was informed that outsurance only works through two panelbeaters in kimberley. I was given the appropriate paper work to fill in and fax through, after doing this i never heard back from them. After hearing from the client she recieved an sms there is a claim put through, i tried to contact the legal department. Lebo was not available and i was told no one else could assisst me and they could also not tell me when she would become available. The client then tried herself and was informed the same thing. Eventually i received an sms from lebo saying she would tell me when i can take it to northern cape panelbeaters for a quote..again days passed and i heard nothing. I then phoned northern cape panelbeaters and they said i must bring it in, they'll send a quote through to outsurance- they are outsurance approved. Six days passed since quotation and on inquiry nothing had been authorised yet. On inquiry lebo informed me it was not approved because i took it to the panelbeaters myself. Now not only must i take my car in again, but via email i was told i now need to take it to the other panelbeate
