I was in a car accident this morning - not my fault - and when I phoned Outsurance I was told that because it was a 3rd party claim against the other driver - that I must deal with that person's insurance - and that Outsurance would not do anything to assist me. WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING INSURANCE THEN?
I spoke to Teddy in the claim dept (useless), Jessica (very helpful), then Tombi in the legal dept (useless) and then I spoke to Beggi (also useless).
My colleague has just called Outsurance (this morning) as a new client and she was told legal department would handle all this for her if she ever got into this same situation - she spoke to Mohammed.
I dont have time to get quotes, run around getting other insurance companies to sort this out. Why do I pay Outsurance?
I am furious!
