On 25/12/2012 @ 23h30 an outsurance client jumped a stop street at an intersection in merebank durban & crashed into of my vehicle. I furnished outsurance with details of the accident including photo graphic evidence of stop street & stop signs. Outsurance wont pay as their client claims that there was no visible stop signs but has no evidence to back her statement. The area is well lit at night & the pics i supplied were take during the day. I spoke to Althea's manager Simone & she asked that i check with local residents for pics of the intersection prior to the accident as it seems that the road signage was recently painted (this is stupid, does anybody go around taking random pics of intersections/stop signs?). This is a lame excuse not to pay for the damages to my vehicle, the law states that motor vehicle drivers must stop at stop signs, your client sped through & did not stop. I had right of passage & she violated a traffic law & could have killed me & my family had i not tried to avoid her. Diane emailed me expressing that there is nothing she can do as outsurance won't pay even with the evidence i supplied. I need my car fixed!
