I purchase a car through Nedbank Motor Finance in 2012 (Reanult Sandero 2009) in November 2013 the car got in an accident and was written off. I got a settlement letter from Nedbank and the car was paid off by the insurance on the 20 November 2013. On the 27th of November Nedbank deducted the instalment for that month. I called them to query that, i spoke to a lady named Puleng who asked me to forward proof of payment from my insurance company in order for them to stop the cancellation. I emailed everything but they still deduct my money. I have be to from pillar to post with them no one is prepared to help them. All i get is promises that i will be called within 24 to 48 hours which no one has ever done. I get charged by the bank everytime when their deduction goes through as it affects my other debit orders. I have demanded for the account to be stopped for more than 2 months now. It costs me money and time to always have to go to the bank to stop the debit or. I am sick and tired with their poor service and. The car has been paid off i want them to close that account.
