Quick to debit money and slow to refund

On the 26th June 2013 i saw an unusual amount of money debited from my account with no reference, i called Nedbank to find out where that money went, the person i spoke to at nedbank told me i should call the next day (27th June 2013) because their systems update over night and only then can she tell me wher my money went. I called nedbank the next day as requested and they told me the money was taken by MFC for my car instalment, they transffered me to MFC where i then learnt that my instalment was increased with R761.02 because apparantly they received a note that my car is not insured and as a result, the system automatically adjusts the instalement. when i told the guy i spoke to that i do have insurance he said i must email my proof of insurance to [Email Removed] and also request that i be refunded the money. Indeed i sent the email around 08:30am, around 15:30 i called MFC to check if they recieved my email and the consultant confirmed that indeed my email has been recieved but has not been attended as it is still in the que and i should wait until the guy who checks email gets to.

Why are you so quick to take my money without my consent yet take so long to attend my query?
