My money was debited from my account yesterday however have spoken to Palesa as to when the debit will go off. Money came in and they took my money, They have explained why the money was taken of however if they read the notes or looked into the account the money not supposed to go off. Called spoke Lundiswa and Manalito they mentioned if I needed the money yesterday then I must submit a bank statement to prove that they took the money, informed them that I can't go to the bank as it's to far from: where i work, they mention if it appears today they will be able to reverse the transaction. Emailed Fundiswa at 8:51 to find out if it reflects, she replied at 09:47 stating no payment shows, however about 09:10 spoke to Nicole see received payment just to make sure i called in again about 09:20 spoke to Vuyo she state the payment reflects, so i dont no why they not reversing the payment. Emailed [Email Removed] for feedback still waiting as he said he will sort it out. They now state the money will be reversed within 48 hours. As the money was put into my account for my kids and what am i surpose to do now. Have informed them il be putting on hellopeter but they couldnt care.
