My complaint was answered yesterday, just saying sorry for the inconvenienced caused. Clearly Game does not understand what is inconvenienced. My husband called them again this morning after waiting for RCS to contact him on the number provided. We are still waiting for the call by the way. The same was told that the Game books was taken over by RCS and they are suppose to update the account. I don't care the freaking who took who's books over. I want the money that was paid in the banking details to show on the account, so that i can do school shopping. This is unacceptable, i DID NOT asked for a telephone number to contact RCS or a dear John sorry letter. I want to know that the money that's lying around somewhere needs to be allocated to the Game account, as in TODAY!!! Seeing that this account was paid in 25 NOVEMBER 2013. We are in January 2014 and we are still struggling with the same and you telling me that there's NO ONE IN GAME OR RCS THAT'S ATTENDING TO THIS MATTER!!! I SOMEONE BETTER CALL WITHIN 2HRS TO SAY THAT THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SORTED OUT!!! OR THIS WILL LAND IN THE NEWSPAPER, BECAUSE IT! AND IM TIRED OF PEOPLE JUST PASSING THE BUCK
