Stop passing the buck it's not rocket science

On the 16th of December 2012, a debit card purchase was done, however the money was only taken out of my account on the 07th of January 2013, thus leaving my account in a negative balance. I've been to standard bank to find out and they said game did their banking late. Went to game to find out and game said it's standardbank who sends the money to a suspense account. It's like passing the buck. To add to that I was charged two honouring fees of R120 each. I mean it wasnt fault of mines firstly and to add to that the receptionist at the bank has a really bad attitude saying that staff statements are charged and should be obtained from the auto plus. I acknowledge the money had to be paid to game but it should have been paid on time. I want headoffice to call me not the branch, cause the only thing they do best is to pass the buck. I WANT THE HONOURING FEES REVERSED AS IT WAS STANDARDBANKS ERROR.
