Am very sad to report this matter on my rcs game account for the second time, i received a call saturday mornng that i owe game account 238.19 which i dont even know about cause i received a settlement lettr on the 11 of November after waiting for full 4 months without any help . this morning i called vvm to explain that how come do i owe game account as i payed a settlement on the 27 June 2013 and received a letter on 11 November 2013 that my account is settled. really this is getting into my nerves. i have decided to take this matter further more to my family attorneys to resolve this matter as soon as possible. an the lady who called me saturday talked to me nasty.
on top of that i find it difficult that how can i have 2 game account which i was even on default for 2 years???
