As being a newly wed and having so much to do time is really not on my side. So after rushing from work and I was indecisive of going to a bank to change my details and set up a savings account ect. Yet i took the chance never the less..
I went into the new Capitec bank branch in Central Cape Town and was asked to go the service desk. Luckily there was no one in the queue so I was first. After a 2 minutes of waiting a young lady approached me (think her name was Jody) and although she was busy with other tasks, helped me with such efficiency and professionalism that I was in and out in less than 10 minutes!!!
My savings account was set up and statement issued.
By far the best service I have received in all my years at any bank!! Service was fast and accurate and the staff very friendly and informed.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Jody (I hope that this is her name) for she made my day!!
