ADT service and response very poor

I had an emergency last night, i was almost killed by my boyfriend. I pressed my Panic button but no response from ADT. they only called me 30 minutes later. I have tested my alarm twice before and they also only arrived 30 to 40 minutes later. I called them this morning to fix the problem, but they said that they can only sent a technician next week tuesday and i have to pay an extra R200!! I have paid already close to R4000 to only activate the armed response and for my remotes. Oh and they dont take cash, so i have to make time out of my busy schedule to do a transfer! I think ADT is disgusting and they dont give a about their customers!
