Debit Order reversal

Hi,

I just want to thank Sphamandla for his good attitude and helpfullness.

I had a transaction that went off my account that i had no idea about. He has helped reverse that transaction and for that i would like to thank him for his customer service.

I however have security concerns about this. People can just come into our account and make transactions on our account its not right.

i had debit orders pending and lucky for me i atleast had enough for them to go through and the *Teletop* transaction did not affect my debit orders.

I just wish banks had a way of protecting us agaisnt such.

However Thank you Standard Bank, you have given me a good service thus far. I value your service.
