FNB do not protect their custome

Homemark put a sale through on my debit card that I did not want or authorised. The same day I requested my bank to stop the transaction to go through or to reverse the charges. I signed the nessesary forms to instruct them and to have proof that I instructed them. They then lodged the request and told me it will take two days to reverse the transaction. this did not happen and then I was told it would take 30 days to happen. this did not happen and now they tell me it will take 30 working days. Why? If I give my bank an instruction on my money and not Homemarks money, they should reverse it immediately. The lady at the Phalaborwa branch was very helpfull but everything works through headoffice and they are a bunch of " you know what". This is very clear if you see that FNB has got 10 000 or so complaints. I do not want any stories or calls, I just want my money back in my account.
