FNB Closed Bank account without Notice!!

Okay I have finally decided to take this to Hello Peter as I have no other option. On the 20th of December I saw FNB had closed my bank account without reason. Today is the 10/01/2014 meaning it has been over 20 days now without much being done about it. In that time I have been into see FNB 4 times and spent hours on the phone with no one being able to assist. A lady called me apologizing promising to sort this out, this was on the 23rd of Dec, since then no one has called back and no has offered any further assistance. I have since had to open a new account with Standard bank just to receive my salary (over xmas) This has been an absolute nightmare to deal with, I have had sleepless nights, have had to learn completely new banking procedures, which have led to further arguments, declined debit orders, having to gather new account details to pay accounts, I am sure a negative credit rating, well over 18 hours actually spent in banks trying to sort this mess out. I was meant to be on holiday as work is stressful enough, these last 20 days have been the worst holiday of my life as all I have done is worried about banking issues. Enough is enough now, FNB please up your game & help.
