BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've applied for a student loan on 2/1/14, the adviser told me that the loan has been approved but that i need to submit further docs, which i did and mailed it to her. she said that she will call me on 6/1/to discuss and that there will be no need for me to visit my branch as it is much faster. On 9/1/14 i called 4 times, left messages and send her an email, requesting feedback. I also requested that her Team Leader, Gerard call me. I was promised that someone will call me back, needles to say, still waiting for the call. I called again on today, 10/1/14, and again I've been told that the person dealing with my application is not at her desk, neither any of the team leaders or managers. I however were told that someone will call me back before 09:00. Still nothing... My daughter starts her studies on Monday... now that's what i call customer service..."how can we help you approaching another bank "
