The WORST service ever. All I need to do is change a surname on a bank account. Cant be done as the business banker is on leave - that was 2 weeks ago and still nothing has been done! The pits of NON delivery.
I returned gave instructions for a debit order to be returned on 05.11.13. It was not done. Now I the client must wait 45 days for Standard Bank to query the unauthorised payment. It should of been returned immediately as I gave the instruction timeously. No I the customer am penalised for Standard Bank's incompetence.
Who is wagging whose tail here. Standard Bank WE the CLIENTS pay your salary so WE expect service
