STOP FOOLING CLIENTS WITH YOUR STRUCTURAL INSURANC

SO I LODGED A FORMAL COMPLAINT ON THE 11/07/2013 PELASE SEE AUTO RESPONSE BELOW ---

MY COMPLAINT IS SIMPLE STD BANK WANTS ME TO PAY EVERY MONTH FOR INSURANCE BUT DOES NOT WANT TO APPROVE MY CLAIM AND TELLS ME ITS BECASUE MY WALL WAS NOT BUILT ACCORDING TO BUILDING REGULATIONS --- SO WHY DO YOU INSURE THE HOME (STRUCTURAL INSURANCE) IF YOU DONT EVEN KNOW IF ITS BUILT CORRECTLY --- TOMORROW WHEN MY HOUSE WALL FALLS DOWN YOU WILL SAY IT WAS NOT BUILT TO THE REGULATIONS --- THAT WILL MEAN I AM PAYING FOR NOTHING AND YOUR INSURANCE IS FOR NOTHING!!!
