Extremely Disappointed

I reported Standard Bank to hellopeter on 3 different occasions. their response on all 3 occasions was that they will contact me with the way forward. This morning I had to contact them because my house is flooded with water flowing through the roof where tiles were blown off by the wind. Today, 3 months overdue, I am told about old membranes and poor cement that was used to build the house and only now they want to send me a letter saying that my claim was declined. I didn't build the house. I bought it and Standard Bank should have Valuated the house, identifying the old membranes and poor cement used before granting me a bond and insisting that I take out Insurance as well.
