Delay In Processing A Claim

On 26 February I placed a complaint on "hellopeter". Patricia Huma responded next day stating that this was not the type of service they want to provided their customers and would escalate a senior consultant in my area to contact me. Well, five days later nobody has as yet contacted me. This confirms that bad service is the order of the day. I wonder if the CEO of Standard Bank is aware of the bad service that is being provided to their customers?
